The event drew over 100 key stakeholders, including shareholders, hospital and diagnostic center owners, representatives from the Ministry of Health, medical importers, healthcare professionals, industry experts, college proprietors, and prominent business leaders.
In an impressive demonstration of investor confidence, Family Health Life Insurance S.C (Under-formation) announced the successful mobilization of over 300 million Birr in subscribed capital within a mere four-month period. The company anticipates finalizing its capitalization process within the next two months, paving the way for its official launch. Notably, the participation of 44 hospital shareholders has facilitated the establishment of the Family Medical Network, a crucial step in enhancing healthcare accessibility and quality.
A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Family Health Life Insurance S.C (Under-formation) and Aspire MFI (UF). This strategic partnership will focus on collaborative initiatives in healthcare financing, premium financing solutions, and capacity development, aiming to bridge financial gaps and improve healthcare affordability for Ethiopians.
